Get a new Quotation

Before creating any payment, whether through Instant Payment, Payment Link, or BolePix, it is mandatory to first generate a quotation.

This quotation defines the current exchange rate between BRL (Brazilian Real) and the target international currency (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP), ensuring that the charge amount is correctly calculated according to market conditions at the time of creation.

When you request a quotation, the system returns a unique hash containing all configuration details required to proceed with the charge creation process.

This hash encapsulates key parameters such as exchange rates, applicable fees, spreads, timestamps, and validation rules that guarantee the financial integrity of the transaction.

Each quotation remains valid for 10 minutes (600 seconds), after which a new quotation must be requested to reflect updated rates.

This mechanism ensures that every transaction created within Comm.PIX products operates under the most accurate and compliant pricing model.

In summary, this endpoint serves as the first step of any payment workflow within Comm.PIX, acting as the foundation for subsequent operations like creating Instant Payments, generating Payment Links, or issuing BolePix transactions.
